| 7 | 1. Sign in with your REMC credentials. | ||
| 8 | 1. The first page has a list of all Google services. Choose the services you wish to download. | ||

| 12 | 11. .zip - The most common compressed file type and can be opened on most computers. If there is any doubt select this option. | ||
| 13 | 11. .tgz - Is most like the .zip file. It can, however, keep more information in the file. This may need extra software on the computer to be opened. | ||
| 14 | 11. .tbz - Is also like the .zip file, but the opposite of a .tgz file. The .tbz can only hold one file to compress. | ||

| 16 | 11. "Send link to Email" - Will send a link to the location of the archive. | ||
| 17 | 11. "Add to Drive" - Will add the archive to the Google drive of the logged in email address (the data can be downloaded from here). | ||
| 18 | 11. "Add to Dropbox" - Will add the archive to Dropbox. You must link your google account and dropbox account for this to work. | ||
| 19 | 11. "Add to Microsoft OneDrive" - Will add the archive to your Microsoft account. You must link the Microsoft account and Google account for this to work. | ||
| 20 | 1. Wait. This information takes a while to find and compress. You will receive an email when the setup has been done and your requested information is available. | ||
