1 Normally chrome keeps itself relatively up-to-date through automatic updates. There are cases, specially with rarely used chromebooks, where a manual update is necessary. This has been known to solve issues with M-step testing due to out-of-date chrome.

4 After opening chrome click on the three dots in the upper right of the window. From there select **Settings**
